Jobfinder discovers public job postings, scores them against a profile you provide, and prepares application material for you to review. This policy explains what we store and why.
What we collect
Your account email and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase). The profile documents you write (CV, preferences, projects), the job sources you subscribe to, and the postings we discover and score for you. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How it is used
Your profile is sent to our scoring provider (Google Gemini) to rate postings and draft cover letters. Job data is stored in our database (Supabase, Postgres) scoped to your account by row-level security. Emails (welcome, digest, billing notices) are sent via Resend.
Payments
Billing is handled by Polar as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details; Polar processes payment and sends receipts. We store only your subscription status and plan.
Your data
You can edit your profile and sources at any time, and delete your account from the settings page. Deleting your account removes your tenant and all associated data.
